This project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the school’s Annexe building to enhance its functionality, comfort, and energy efficiency. The internal heating system was completely removed, and in its place, two new heat recovery units and air conditioning units were installed to provide a more effective and sustainable climate control system. The power supply was also upgraded to ensure the building meets modern electrical demands.

In addition, new flooring was laid throughout the building, and extensive decoration work was carried out to create a fresh, welcoming environment for students and staff.

Externally, the building received a full insulation upgrade with a new render finish, improving both its thermal efficiency and aesthetic appearance.

This was a complete turnkey project, with all aspects of the refurbishment expertly handled by Redbrick FM, ensuring the Annexe is now a modern, energy-efficient, and comfortable space.
