This project involved the full refurbishment of the East Block, a large secondary school building accommodating a mix of educational spaces. The site includes six separate teaching rooms, two spacious dining areas, and various amenity areas.

The refurbishment work included the removal of a mezzanine floor to create a more open-plan layout, allowing for the formation of three distinct dining areas. A large commercial kitchen was relocated and newly installed, alongside upgrades to ventilation, mechanical and electrical systems. The project also featured a newly designed lighting scheme to enhance the functionality and atmosphere of the space.
