Redbricks FM successfully delivered a £3.6 million transformation of an ageing 1960s CLASP building, turning it into a modern, state-of-the-art learning facility. This ambitious project involved stripping the original structure back to its steel framework, safely removing asbestos, and undertaking a full-scale rebuild to create a contemporary, energy-efficient educational environment.

The newly refurbished facility now boasts 20 modern classrooms, staff rooms, ICT suites, breakout rooms, offices, and toilet facilities, ensuring a comfortable and inspiring space for students and staff alike. Additionally, the project included the installation of new stairwells and lift access, significantly improving accessibility and movement throughout the building.

As a complete turnkey project, Redbricks FM managed every aspect of the refurbishment, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality transformation that will serve Delta Academies Trust for years to come.
