Redbricks FM undertook a £2.6 million transformation of a 1960s CLASP building, creating a cutting-edge single-storey science facility designed to enhance learning and innovation. This comprehensive project involved stripping the structure back to its steel framework, safely removing asbestos, and carrying out a full rebuild to deliver a modern, high-performance educational environment.
The newly refurbished facility now features eight state-of-the-art science laboratories, a dedicated preparation room, a staff room, breakout rooms, offices, and toilet facilities, all designed to provide a bright, spacious, and comfortable setting for both students and staff.
As a complete turnkey project, Redbricks FM managed every stage of the process, ensuring a seamless and high-quality transformation that will support science education at Delta Academies Trust for years to come.
