A £750K refurbishment for Delta Academies Trust. This project covered the full refurbishment of East Block. A Secondary School site with a large building, hosting mixed occupation providing 6 separate teaching rooms, two large dining spaces and amenity areas. The refurbishment covered removal of a mezzanine floor, creating an open plan area and enabling the formation of three separate dining areas. A new and relocated location of a large commercial kitchen, new ventilation, mechanical and electrical works including a new designed lighting scheme. A complete Turnkey project by Redbrick FM.
